POWDER FLOWING AGENT 6088(LEVELING AGENT )

Powder flowing agent 6088 is a polyacrylate silica carrier.As a general purpose leveling agent, it can be used in pure epoxy,hybrid,pure polyester(TGIC/HAA),polyurethane systems and other kinds of thermosetting powder coating systems.

Application:

1. JF-6088 can eliminate the fish-eye and crater phenomena,reduce the coating surface tension efficiently,and increase the film gloss.
2. JF-6088 can improve the wetting to substrate ,and decrease the orange peel.
3. JF-6088 doesn’t contain any silicone component,It won’t affect the recoating adhesiveness.
4. The recommended dosage is 0.7-1.5% by weight of total formulation.JF-6088 does not contain any gloss enhancing wet agent .The user can adjust the formulations according to the real instance

Available in polyethylene-lined,multi-ply paper bags,N.W:25KGS/BAG.

Storage:

Store in a cool and dry place to avoid contacting other chemical products,seal tightly after using .As this product in irritant to respiratory tract .Please wear dustproof mask and glove

When operating.

Shelf Life:

One year under normal temperature .The product can still be usable ou of this period if inspection passed .
