BRIGHTENING AGENT JF-701BUA (LEVELING ADDITIVE)

Brightening Agent JF-701BUA is a copolymer of methylethacrylate and butylacrylate ,As the molecular structure of JF-701BUA contains a number of polar groups,the wettabilities of both polar additives(such as pigments,fillers)and the objects to be coated(such as iron,aluminum and other metals) are significantly enhanced.Therefore,during the application of powder coatings.it can effectively eliminate the carters,pinholes and fisheyes,improve the leveling and flatness,and enhance the wettability to the substrate and the dispersibility of the pigment .

Application:

1. JF-701BUA can be applied in all kinds categories of powder coatings ,For best results it is recommended to pre-blend JF-701BUA with the other powder coating ingredients and then to homogenize the mixture in the extruder .
2. The recommended dosage is 0.7-1.5% by weight of total formulation,JF-701BUA must be used together with Leveling Agent (such as JF E-12BLP etc.)as it can not perform the function of leveling agent it self .
3. JF-701BUA not contain any silicone componed, with no staining properties,It will not affect the recoating adhesiveness.

Packing :

Available in polyethylene-lined,multi-ply paper bag,N.W:25KGS/BAG.
